Hi. I want to invite new users to JSM. Unfortunately, I have a problem. During the invitation on the e-mail I have "Admin invited you to JSM" nothing more. I wish at least my name and surname were there. I'm org-admin. I don't know where to set it.
Navigate to your JSM projects Project Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications.
Locate the Customer Invited notification (should be the first on in the list) and click edit. This will open the template that's being used for this type of notification.
