JSM not getting old O365 emails

Hello,

In the beginning of the week of the 17th or March, we switched all O365 email accounts to use 2FA, one of them happened to be the account JSM used to check for tickets and response emails.

While updating it did have it pull in email again, there are some 300 emails that its just not pulling in, from the 2FA day to when I fixed it today.  Does anyone know why this is and how I can get it to grab them.  I have flagged them as read \ unread but that did not seem to do anything.
