JSM : use assets and SLAs

Hi, 

I would like to fill in my catalog of requests for my assets.

This catalog would contain the request type, the GTI, GTR ...

I created custom fields of type Assets that allow to retrieve attribute values ​​of my assets

Is it possible to retrieve a default value from the assets.

For example, for 1 request type, I retrieve the value of the GTI in my catalog.

Then I could position my SLAs on the GTI stored in my assets.

Has anyone already done this? I can't implement it

Yes this is doable. You can use lookupObjects and use your custom field value to create an AQL query for search.

And depending on the values you set from lookupObjects, you can define your SLAs accordingly. Hope this helps !
