JWM users capabilities in JSM project

What limitations are there for users with a Jira Work Management license that have access to a Jira Service Management project?
We have some users that need to access a JSM project but do not need the full potential of JSM, we are looking at the possibilities of using JWM licenses for these users.

Hi Bart,

  • Jira Work Management and Jira Software are now simply called Jira (with 1 single license after migration)
  • They can:
    • Act as customers (if added to the Customer role)
    • Collaborate as agents (limited)
  • Users with a Jira license don't have access to JSM features like queues, SLAs, Operations etc. They can only view work items (issues/tickets) and add internal comments, link work items and be mentioned in comments.
  • They cannot transition tickets, comment to customers or be assigned assigned tickets

Are they able to see the information written down in forms that are attached to the request? And also view information from Assets?
