Hi Folks,
How does one manage to contact Atlassian support - our Jira Admin has left the company, and when I go to Atlassian Support - I select the product, I input the URL and then there's no option to contact support, as the forms tell me to contact my site admin.
A simple email address would be great.

Hi @Derek Troy , it appears that you are on a Free plan. If that is the case then you don't have access to Atlassian Support services. Is the issue that you want to update the site admin or something else?

I couldn't see any detail as to what plan we were on, but yes I need to update the site admin. From what I've tested previously, it doesn't look like the site was registered to the previous site admins work account.
