Jira Automation cloning a ticket not bringing the reporter over

Hello, 

I turned off my automation for a period of 24 hours, then turned it back on as the team decided they want it and now everytime it gets cloned the ticket from one service desk to another, the reporter is always automation for Jira. 

I have tried everything andI cannot get this to work with the correct reporter. Again this was working, can anyone help?
