Jira Cloud - issue about insert tab in Teams channel

Hello, community

I'm doing the Jira Cloud app integration in Microsoft Teams.

 Unfortunately, one of the Jira Service Management (Cloud) projects not showing up to be inserted a tab in the Microsoft Teams channel. The field option is "Choose one of your saved filters".

 What are the possible problems with this configuration? How can I solve?

Any update on this, I have the same problem. I'd like to add a project or single issue to the tab, but the only option I see is "Choose one of your saved filters:"  How to add a projekt or single issue as jira tab in teams channel or chat?
