Hello,
I am having a problem where my Jira Project Customer Portal URL is different than my Base URL configured in the admin settings. The Customer Portal URL is an IP Address & Server Port while the Base URL is the DNS name. This is causing problems in Email Templates as when a user clicks the "View my Request" link it fails due to the link not being correct.
I have reviewed my configurations and all seems correct. I'm not sure if this is a database conflict or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
