Jira Server Integration with Okta

Hello,

We are planning to integrate Jira server with OKTA for SAML authentication using "Atlassian Jira server" app from "browse app integration catalog" in OKTA and we would like to follow this document here , 

My question:

Since we are adding/modifying the Jira installation directory, In future if we need to upgrade Jira version do we need to configure the OKTA integration steps after the Jira upgrade?

The short answer is yes, for all the custom modifications you made, you will need to re-apply on the upgraded version.

Here at this Re-apply any modifications and increase max-pool-size document you should see more details about it.
