Jira Service Desk 500 agents tier

Why do yo not offer a 500 user tier like in Software, Confluence,... other products. 

We are on 250 user tier and want to extend by 40 users and now we have to buy unlimited. But there is not a problem. The add-ons are then so expensive if we pay now 50k yearly after an upgrade that would be 130k maintenance.... 

We are really thinking to switch to another provider.

It's possible to get 500-agents tier manually by Atlassian Sales team or Atlassian Partner on request. As far as I remember it costs same as unlimited tier, but allows to save on add-ons.

I recommend you to contact your local Atlassian Solution Partner and ask for quote.

Hi @mleben , that question might be better suited for Atlassian Support possibly. I don't think you will see an Atlassian Team member respond to this in this forum but I could be wrong.
