Jira Service Desk Escalation - How do I carry over comments from Escalated project to Original project.
For Example - Project A has one request/ticket and gets escalated to Project B with new linked ticket. Project B updated comments and changed status to that linked ticket. In Original ticket I see the status gets changed but I do not know how to carry over the comments from escalated project to original project.
@Deepali My go-to tool for this is Jira Automation - not the default Automation that has been in Jira Service Desk for some time, but the Automation for Jira app that Atlassian acquired last year and has now built into Jira Cloud. It's now called Jira Automation (in cloud).
With this tool you can keep the tickets in sync, and even use it to automation the creation and linking of the escalated ticket to begin with.
