Problem - When a user clicks to create an issue in JSD customer portal, they are presented with a long list of Fields that I enabled them to see. This is very different when I create an issue on the back end, as I grouped the issues in tabs like a web browser. I did this because the issue type may need to track grouped fields of data, but not every field is relevant to each issue - so grouping fields into tabs makes them easier to find - compared to a super long list.
Is it possible to present the customer tabs that have grouped fields in the Help Center / Customer Portal?
