Hi,
I know you can search for issues and bulk resolve/transition
But I am wondering if there is a way to set this up from the "Queues" view?
The search then bulk delete is a bit cumbersome.
Thanks!
Hello team and @Angélica Luz
Hope you are both well.
I am tracking JSDCLOUD-287 but cannot see an answer to my question.
Are you building out more bulk actions, particularly changing statuses? I am working on a queue and would like to resolve out 20+ tickets and found that I've had to do this manually.
Please let me know if anything is on the roadmap soon, and if not, how do we add it on?
Thank you :)
LC
Hi @lchau ,
When you select checkboxes next to requests in the queue, you see a new menu above the table. Here you have an option called Transition. You can choose to which statuses selected requests are moved.
Is it a solution that works for you?
Cheers,
Kate

Hello @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_
Thanks for the speedy response, much appreciated!
It appears I don't have that option - it only has Link, Comment, Assign, Watch and Delete.
Will I need to speak to my internal JIRA admin about this or how do I go about getting that Transition drop-down menu?

Could you go to the request and check if you can change the status? If not, this is a reason why you don't see this action.
It can be connected with permissions, for example, lack of Transition issues permission. Also, some conditions can be added to workflow which exclude you as a person to make transitions.
First of all, I recommend you check one ticket. The next step is talking with the project or Jira administrator :)

Hello Brett,
Currently, there is no option for bulk changes through the queue. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.

Angélica
