For JSD, would love to know what the most common automation rules people create

  • Creating JSW clones
  • updating JSD issue based on it linked JSW issue
  • auto-closing issues in waiting for customer status for extended periods

Some of our common automations are;

  • Automatically transmitting between statues (waiting for customer, waiting for support, etc.)
  • Moving into inactive and then canceled statues after periods of inactivity 
  • Auto reopening canceled or closed issues

 

We also made a pretty cool one with Project Automation that will post a comment on an issue letting the customer know that it was submitted outside of business hours.
