Jira Service Desk customer and agent merge?

Hello,

 

We initially started with a single service desk queue and added all the customers. Down the road some of the existing customers become agents in their own queue. Where it gets confusing is we see two separate accounts (one for customer and one for agent) and it is difficult to keep track of adding who to where.


Is there a simple way to just merge these into a single account? See example attached.

Seems there is no possiblity to merge two accounts.

instead of that

You can do bulk update the Issues ( Reporter, Assignee) from Minor account to Major account

Then delete the minor account.

Minor account- going to delete

Major account- want to retain.
