There's been a change recently and for some reason all issues and forms are within the area circled in the screenshot. Anybody know how to revert it back so our users don't have to click on that and have all the forms in that area? I tried checking around the portal settings but unable to find anything
Glad that you resolved your own ask. I am sure that you were following the category setup as documented for your KB configuration against your JSM project - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/categorize-knowledge-base-articles/
However, based on my experience and knowledge it shouldn't change the portal view where all of your request forms go hidden. If problem continues after you reapply the category setup, then I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for additional troubleshooting as needed.

Welcome @Christian Patam .
Looking at my portal, all is listed. Have everything under general group. Didn't see anything in the portal settings either or a new option pertaining to this as well
Tried to delete and add back a group and a list of request types. Still showed a list.
Is there any add-ons install recently that may related to this?

Hey Ben,
I just got it figured out. It was due to a category being created in the knowledgebase for some reason. Once I removed the category everything was back to normal again. All forms are back on one screen again after clicking into the portal
Thanks
