Hi,
I am new to JSM as my company is just deploying it.
I have downloaded and installed the mobile app https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/mobile-app
I have logged in and it works well for me as I am part of the IT Support.
I was wondering if there is an app where end users can log tickets directly in Jira sand follow status of their current open tickets?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The Jira Cloud mobile app, currently, supports only access with an Atlassian account and a Jira license.
With this said, customers won’t be able to use the app to create tickets or view their requests. They will need to use it directly on their mobile browser.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
