Hi,
I have integrated Teams and JSD using the following app

But the problem is, When I try to create a JSD issue, Create issue popup opens and the issue type field is read only and I can't change the default issue type. See the picture below.
Any Idea of why Jira service desk issue type field is read only inside MS Teams and I can't select other issue types to select from the issue type dropdown list?
