Jira Upgrade

We are planning to Upgrade our Jira Service Desk Version, we request for your opinion on which version will best suit our organization, that is 8.19.0 or 8.13.10 Enterprise version.

Also requesting if you could provide the specification of the system requirements and application requirements (especially Database Version) for the upgrade.

That's not a decision we can make for you.  Have a look at the release notes for the versions in between and see which one is a better fit for you.

Consider sticking with a long-term-support version though (8.13.latest), as it will be supported for longer - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/long-term-support-releases-948227420.html
