Is it possible to make jira stop sending confirmation when a customer opens an issue?
I would like to create an automation that sends one of my one not their message
Hi @Suporte JRetail - When you state "Open an issue", I'm assuming you mean creating a new request? If so, yes. Under Project Settings >> Customer Notifications you'll find various notifications that you can control for the project. Just toggle off the Request created notification.
