Hi,

We have several Jira admin groups in our instance.

How to find to which Jira cloud group is the Insight admin role assigned?

I also want to know what the default Jira admin groups on instance creation are?

How to find to which Jira cloud group is the Insight admin role assigned?

By default, all licensed Service Management users that are members of the groups with Administer Jira global permissions will be Insight admins.

You can find what groups have this permission on Cog icon > System > Global permissions.

Then, on each Object schema, you can manage the permissions for Managers, Users, and Developers. 

Go to Insight > View all object schemas > Click on ººº under Actions > Configure > Roles.

I also want to know what the default Jira admin groups on instance creation are?

The default admin groups on a brand new site are: administrators, jira-administrators, and site-admins.
