hi, we have noticed that Jira Cloud app for iOS stopped working. When trying to sign in we get an error - Network Error - We could not verify compliance. Please check your connectivity and retry.
Anyone saw similar issue?

Hi @Piotr Iwanczuk I'm not seeing that from my Jira app. Were multiple users experiencing the same issue? Do you still experience that issue right now? Is the mobile phone using wireless or cellular for data access? Have you tried both connections?
For troubleshooting purposes, were you able to access your Jira instance from your PC at the same time?
If that happens, do you know if Atlassian was having issues by checking the Atlassian Status Page? There might be active issues at the time.

I can see that you have a support ticket for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-395747
I would recommend following up in that support ticket so that our team can investigate this further.

Hi @Dan Breyen It seems to be connected with the latest update released on 03.31. All the app users are affected. Issue is still here. We checked on both wifi and cellular.
Our Jira instance works fine from PC and even from the iOS itself when checking the with a VPN routed browser. It's only the app which is failing with the above error.
We cannot go back to the previous app version as we have auto updates turned on from MDM.
Seems no active issue on https://status.atlassian.com/
Would you have any other suggestions?
