I am trying to integrate Basecamp 3 with Jira Service Desk (not JIRA Core Software). Any suggestions?

I saw on their website that it shows that it’s possible to integrate with Jira Service Management using Unito.io.
It mentions that it’s possible to test for free for two weeks.

Hi Kyle,
As per I could check on Basecamp's website, Basecamp has integration only with Jira Software and not Jira Service Desk.
Also checking on tickets and features it only mentions the integration with JSW.

have any changes been made here, that would make it easy to create a JSM ticket straight out of Basecamp? Or maybe any suggestion to a good workaround?
