Default sorting of the projects on the service desk portal page is by "Popularity".
What criteria is used to make portal more "popular". I have a new project I need to place on top, but since there is no customisation option, I need to game the "popularity metric"

Popularity is calculated as the average daily requests created in a portal in the last 90 days.

Hi @Bojan Virag I assume it's based on activity, i.e. the number of issues created within that specific portal. But the documentation doesn't mention this explicitly.
