Jira smart value opened issue platform

Hi,

So I want to know if there is a smart value for when a issue is created by e-mail, manually or by a client at the centre (Don't know if it is the correct name in english).

 

I haven't find anything about it anywhere, is there a smart filed for it?

...the request channel information is available as an issue property and can be accessed with this smart value.
