Hi,
I am getting a following error "You are editing a draft workflow. The step 'Escalated' has no outgoing transitions in the Active workflow, so you cannot add any outgoing transitions in the Draft workflow.". How can I resolve this?
I have drafted the workflow to publish but keep getting that error?
Thanks,
Rajan
If this is an active workflow, drafting will not help.
Create a copy of the workflow edit this copy and then add this new workflow to the workflow scheme.
Limitations when editing an active workflow
Please note that the following limitations apply when editing an active workflow (i.e. a draft workflow):

Beside what Valerie mentioned, I have encountered some oddities here and there in the past when working on the draft WF.
In the end, I simply had to make a copy of the existing WF first, and then modify the inactive WF with my changes. Afterward update the WF scheme configuration to use my modified WF and then publish the entire configuration.
Hope this also helps.

It sounds like the issue might be with the "Escalated" status not having an endpoint. A workaround is to copy your current workflow, make your changes on the inactive copy, and then update the workflow scheme to use the modified version. That should let you publish without errors. Hi @Rajan Dangol , thanks for your question.
Basically, you have a workflow status that doesn't have anywhere to go and isn't a final status. Please can you share a screen of the workflow? Maybe then we can help you understand where the issue is.
Best wishes
