Knowledge base article based on selection of a list

In our portal I have multiple offerings and all of those offerings require a customer to pick from a list or checkboxes. Depending on what they select I would like the KB suggestions to reflect from that selection as well as what they choose from in summary. How do I make this happen? Thanks.

Implement a coordinated set of labels in confluence which corresponds to the list values of request types and then associate the labels to kb articles in jsm. This should allow the keyword, when used in a summary field, to pull the correct article in the recommendation list.
