Good afternoon guys,
I try to change the language header of the service desk customer but it is not the same language that I marked as default language (english).
In the upper left side of the following screenshot, you can still view the text in Spanish language:
Does anyone know how to change that text to english too?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The configuration of this field is directly in the portal, so maybe someone added directly in Spanish and it was not translated when the language was changed.
If you are the administrator of the project, click on "Crear ticket" to be redirected to the main page, and on the left side click on Customize to change the Help center name.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
