Hello, we run Jira Service Desk in Jira Cloud.
We noticed that even though our Jira instance is locked down and only accessible to users, there's a "loophole" where an external email address can be made a Request Participant on a ticket and receive all email notifications.
Is there any way to restrict the Request Participants to one specified email domain?
I don't think this is an OOTB feature in the JSM cloud. However, if you select Any customer, by typing an email address for the option Who customers can Share with, and your portal is enabled only for users added to the service project, it will prevent non-users, assumable within the company domain, from being added as request participants by other customers.
I hope it helps.
Cheers,
Alex
