Limit app to specific project/portal

Hi,

I developed an app to change somethings on the portal but I don't know how to limit to which project/portal I want to apply this. At the moment all portals are affected by it.

How do I limit this?

I can find connect conditions but this seems only to work for Cloud and not server/data center.
