I am a user of Jira ITSM in my organization and I would like to implement limited access for external users to our Jira platform. Currently, in our Jira ITSM instance, we have 12 different ticket types, but I would like external users to only be able to view and submit one type of ticket, while the rest remain invisible to them.
Could you please recommend best practices or solutions offered by Jira ITSM to achieve this goal? Is there a way to configure permissions to restrict visibility and accessibility for external users to specific ticket types?
I would appreciate any tips or experiences you can share with me on this matter.
