Link item to azure devops work item

Hello community,

Tried and search for the below question but for some reason i am lost and looking for someone to point me in the right direction.

We are starting to use jira service management but all our daily work is managed in azure devops. We are linking items by adding the azure devops work item link as linked item.

Out of the blue, my jira account requested to connect to azure devops account and since then i get the status of a work item as above. That's nice.

But for some reason i cannot reproduce the same to other agents on this account. Everyone else is getting a note saying "connect to your azure devops account".

Looking into my profile i am the only one getting:

Everyone who needs this functionality is a basic user to the project in azure devops, therefore should have a similar level of access. The same in jira although i am admin there.

Any idea how to reproduce the same behaviour on everyone else account and get this atlassian third party account access? I don't seem to able to find any documentation

What is a user does the following steps.

Re-authorize using the correct tenant

1. Go to your Azure DevOps for Jira configuration page by selecting Apps > Manage your apps.
2. In your sidebar, under AZURE DEVOPS FOR JIRA, select Configure.
3. Follow the steps to authorize your Azure DevOps account again. This time, your desired organisations should be available to connect because you’ve selected the correct tenant.
