In the issue view of a ticket, you can easily add a link to another issue just by typing in the issue key (smart link) and you can view suggested knowledge articles and click to share them in comments.
Agents would also like to be able to add a smart link to forms in the Service Catalog portal, when they need to direct a user to a specific form. Currently, the only way we can find to do it is to copy/paste the URL.
Has anyone found a way to do this, without having to paste the URL and create a link?

as of now, there is no other solution than copy&paste.
The feature canned responses is currently in development, so that might be something that will make your life easier in the future. But for now, you will have to copy&paste
