Linked Jira field not loading

Hello!

I wonder why the Linked Jira field starts to get this error. This was in a sandbox instance. The production instance seems to work just fine. Any ideas?

Hi John - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I would try it again in a half hour or so. Maybe with Incognito mode of the browser. If it is still there, then submit a support ticket to Atlassian.

I did submit a ticket to the Atlassian Support, to which they respond on time.

As it happens, it has something to do with the data connection not returning its expected payload, resulting to that error. We've resolved this already on our own. :)
