Hello,
I try to link work items with my services unfortunately no matter what I do, I cannot see the linked work items on services. It does work for other assets though.
@Patrick Gloor Welcome to the community.
What do you mean services? Is it JSM/Jira project or some other product?
if its JSM/JIra project and you were able to link the work items and now able to see then there could be a browse permission related issue.
Thanks a lot for the quick reply, sorry should have been more specific, it is JSM, I use the default services object, I created the services and can link those to the issues. But when going to the service in Assets, the related work links / items do not show up. If I do the same for a Laptop object I set up in another Asset Shema, it works fine.
