I was wondering if someone could help me, when i create a linked work item for my service desk the view i see as assignee is full of data i do not need, i have removed all the data from the request types themselves but i cannot change the work item view for a linked ticket.
as you can see below these are all showing but only on a linked item not on a normal ticket.

Thanks for your question. Currently, the Create Linked Issue screen only displays system default and required fields as dictated by field configurations, and these can't be edited. We recently launched a new issue creation experience for Jira Work Management, which allows the fields to be configured on this screen. However, this feature is not yet available in Jira Service Management. We have a feature request to extend this functionality to Jira Service Management as well:
Fields marked as required cannot be set as required on the create linked issue screens, and currently, it’s not possible to sync fields between the create issue and create linked issue screens.
Additionally we have also raised a Feature request where "Allow users to choose if they want the Create linked issue screen to copy field values from the source issue"
