Hi Team,
Can you help me know th elist of different issue types present in Jira?
I need to change the issue type of a bug categorized as an enhancement and another one as a change request. But, I neither see Enhancement or Chnage Request showing up in my company Jira account.
Whaetever be the reason even if it's something to dowith enabling through configuration by admin or else, kindly help me know.

As the Jira/JSM systems admins, you can access all the issue types used in your env by going to the "Settings" clog-wheel icon (located in the upper right of the window) - Settings >> Issues
In the Issues UI, select the "Issue types" options to view all of your issue types. If you don't see the issue types listed there, then it means that they are not available (or created by other admins) for your env.
