In a portal project, we have created an organisation and have mapped all current members.
Now the team members gets updated some or the other day, someone leaves, many joins.
How to keep this updated in Organisation ?
Do we have to manually update specific member every time in respective organisation?
Or is there some other possible solution, please help

As we do want share portal link only with our customers not everyone to avoid spam.

We have selected option :
So agents have to whitelist the emails id's to able to view portal, others cannot see it
So the automation rule will not help unknown users or new members joining in organisation.
As agent have to whitelist them first i.e. will have to manually add them in Customer>Organisation

Correct. If you have that selection then any incoming email from a non user will fail. Automation runs after a successful issue creation. My assumption was that the agent would create the customers first. If that is not he case then - yes you need the project to be open.
