I want to add pricing for hardware requests on the portal. If a customer opens the form and requests a PC I want to show them the cost that will be associated with that device on the portal request form.
The customer is able to choose from standard, performance, and server PC's and each has a different price the form needs to be dynamic enough to change based on the device selection.
i.e.
Standard $500
Performance $1000
Server $1200
So the customer would know if they selected Performance from the select list that price field would update to $100.
Is there a way to do this in JSM Premium Cloud OOB or do I need a plugin?
You would need an app to do that. You may want to take a look at Checkout - Procurement & Asset Manager
You should be able to easily do this using Proforma forms which is becoming part of the offerings in OOB JSM Cloud Premium.
