Hello Everyone!
I am looking for a way to show a "backlog" of Jira feature requests to internal users without having to grant them licenses. I also don't want the ability to create tickets, but allow them to interact with them by voting and commenting (basically what Atlassian does with feature requests).
I know I can accomplish through the portal with the Requests section, but then users will have to go through multiple clicks to get to the ticket list.
I feel like this is a simple setup, but that I am missing something...
