I am trying to lookup issues in the same project with different issue types. The first IssueType = Staff Expense Approvals and the second issueType = Staff Expenses (this is just an issue type that I would like to copy the request issue into to enable the creation of sub-tasks under the parent issue - I have done this successfully in another project however, the methodology used before does not seem to be working).
I have an Asset Customfield = Employee (IF) and I would like to have the automation lookup from the Request Issue Type to see if there is an existing issue with Issue Type Staff Expenses. Now I have already created the Parent Issues with the Employee (IF) under the Issue Type Staff Expenses, but it continues to state that no issue were found. I thought to try use a filter to check maybe my code was off, however even when filtering the issues it shows no issues are present when I filter based on the Employee (IF) field. Is this a big within the Assets system and contexts? I attempted to use another Asset Field called Employee 4 (IF) and still renders no issues, but I can clearly see the issues have been created.
