MS Teams integration with multiple service desks

Hi folks, 

We recently moved from Slack to Microsoft Teams. The Jira integrations for Slack always worked perfectly, so far I cannot say the same for Teams! 

We have multiple Jira (cloud) service desks. I need notifications for new tickets/comments etc going into their assigned Teams channel. At the moment, each new ticket and update is notifying ALL connected Team channels instead of just their relevant channel. 

I went through the regular setup and created a webhook in Jira for each channel (two channels so far.) I think this may be part of the problem, perhaps there's only meant to be one webhook and the rest is managed in Teams, but I'm sure everything in Teams is as it should be. If I remove one of the webhooks then I just get everything sent into the one team channel. 

I've played with integration tools like zapier and automate.io but the comment updates always look so messy and hard to pick apart. 

To anyone using Teams with multiple Jira service desks, how have you overcome this?
