Hey all,
small question about mail notifications. I have set a project name like "My Project". When customer opens a new ticket, he gets mail notification which shows My Project in its name.
But - if an operator adds a comment to the ticket, or closes it, then the mail notification name is the name of the operator, not My Project.
Is it possible to have the notifications with My Project in name for all cases?
