Mailtrap Fails to Connect to JSM

Trying to see if it possible to connect Mailtrap to JSM via SMTP Integration.

When we apply username = smtp@mailtrap.io, P/w (copied from dashboard) and mailserver =  live.smtp.mailtrap.io, we get the following error (POP and IMAP):

Couldn’t add email address Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Unexpected response: 220 send.smtp.mailtrap.io ESMTP"

When we try to connect POPS or IMAPS, we get:

Couldn’t add email address Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "SOCKS: TTL expired"

@David Brooks Welcome to the Atlassian community

You will have to set it up to use IMAP.  Make sure that the hostname is correct for imap.  You should reach out to mailtrap to confirm what their IMAP settings are.
