We are currently looking at setting up incidents and services in our service management projects but are frustrated with with the apparent lack of formatting with the auto generated emails from Ops Genie that go out to service owners etc when an incident is raised.
The email simply states an incident was raised and provides no context and is received from Opsgenie.
From my reading these emails should be editable in Opsgenie, however Opsgenie is being discontinued and we received an email from Jira in April that our Opsgenie instance has been shut down.
We were hoping for some input on how we can better tailor these email notifications that go out when incidents are raised, including for example the service affected, impact / urgency, incident name, etc.

You should try to move into the JSM Operations module (which has the old opsgenie integrated) instead of having Opsgenie standalone since there are a lot of limitations.
