Manage Security of the Queues

       Is it possible to manage security in the queues ? Only certain queues should be visible to users in certain user roles.

I think the answer is NO.

You can set up multiple issue security levels to prevent some issues to be displayed to certain users, but this limits the visibility of issues globally, not just at the queues.
