Hi Team,
I have a Jira project where the "Project Administrators" are not able to see "Complete Sprint" option in their jira project.
Error: You need the Manage sprints permission to start or complete this sprint
The "Sprint Manage" group has the administrator group added to it. I also added one of the individual to this group and still no luck.
Please help!
If the SCRUM board is pulling content from more than one projects, then he/she must have the "Manage Sprints" permission for all of the projects and not just the one where he/she is the project admins.
To verify which project(s) are involved in a given Scrum board, you will need to access the board's configuration and review the board filter query it is using.
Last thing, why are you using Scrum/Kanban to manage JSM issues. In JSM, issues management should be done via the Queues. Scrum/Kanban boards are for Jira Software Application projects.
Hope this helps.

My bad - I posted this question in the JSM category. But, the issue is persisting in the Jira Software and the team is using Scrum/Kanban to manage tasks.
Should I delete this question and post it in the Jira Software module?

@Joseph Chung Yin There are 5 boards within this Jira software project and all the affected members have "Administrator" role assigned. Below is the filter that is set under board settings.

For the project in question, you need to check if the role is called out in your Jira Software project's permission configuration scheme for the "Manage Sprints" permission.
If not, then you will need to modify the scheme to assign the project Administrator role against that specific permission. Unless you are referring to a different "Administrator" role which your users are a member of it.
