Hi @Alessandra Cristina da Silva Moraes

To Remove a customer from a service project, You must be a project administrator to remove customers from a service project.

  • From your service project (The project you want to exclude customers), go to Project settings > People.
  • Find the customer you want to remove by searching for the customer or filter by Service Desk Customers under the Roles dropdown.
  • Select Remove next to the customer.

Then, the customer will be remove from the Project you select.. not others.

In addition to this:

The above steps removes the customer’s access to the project however the customer stays visible under Customers for record keeping purposes. To remove them permanently, you need to delete the customer’s account.
