is there any manual explaining how to search for issues from the customer's point of view?
Our customers complain about the fact, that using a "-" in the search bar excludes the following word for the search. Fuzzy search does not work (at the moment) but it is possible to work with "*". However there are some additional features in the search, but I do not find any documentation or manual for it.
Is there any?
