It gets messy going from Company-managed to Team-managed and vice versa. You might try doing a Create Issue instead of a Clone Issue and then choose all of the fields. You should be able to do a Copy from Trigger Issue for most of the fields.
Just because you are a "global admin" does not automatically give you access to every project. You need to go into the Project Settings on the Team-managed project and see how the access is setup.

If you are willing to use a third party app, you can try our Deep Clone for Jira.
Deep Clone can clone issues including the whole issue hierarchy between company-managed and team-managed projects and will map your custom fields as long as they have the same names.
